American comedy troupe The Lonely Island, alongside Akon, performed their single "I Just Had Sex" (Top 30 in the US but Top 5 in Belgium and Sweden! lol) at the inaugural 'Comedy Awards' taped back in March 26th but which just aired last night (April 10th) and that took place at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City. This one is for the laughs! Can't believe these guys got to perform at an awards gala! Then again, these are the 'Comedy Awards'. Poor Akon just couldn't help but laugh during the entire performance. Thank goodness he was lip-synching. The Lonely Island's second album "Turtleneck & Chain", which will feature collaborations with Rihanna, Justin Timberlake, Nicki Minaj, will be released in the USA on May 10th.
